Desktop, Laptop, Smart Phone, iPad;
When they break, you get really mad.
We live in the future, with all of these new toys;
Gotta have good skills, because that’s who the boss employs.
They make our lives easier, that is no doubt;
Some can never envision, a life without.
Mac or PC, that’s your choice;
Costs make you want to scream, until you lose your voice.
Kids today, have no concept of the past;
With no cellphones, sometimes you found out last.
They all have phones, laptops and social network accounts;
When they start sexting, the trouble mounts.
Computer programming, is a good field to be in;
Sometimes it takes young boys, to show the men.
Writing code, is difficult to do;
It’s best to hire, someone to do it for you.
Your computer crashes, and you lose all of your info;
Beg for help, from anyone you know.
Sometimes you lose, valuable files and photos;
Then you get mad, at the laptop you chose.
The battery life, is never long enough;
Working without a power cord, can be tough.
Save your work often, is my advice;
It’ll keep you, from having to do it twice.
Always looking for WiFi, never around when you need it;
Use your phone as a hotspot, the happier you will get.
Some use computers to date, looking for that special someone;
It’s how many, relationships have begun.
There are some who lie, on these dating sites;
I guess they’re too tired, of the lonely nights.
They say they’re younger, taller, thinner;
When you meet, you realize they’re not a winner.
Millions use the computer, to play video games;
This can cause your romantic life, to go down in flames.
Computer geek, nerd and Poindexter;
Now it’s these guys, that some girls prefer.
Think of Bill Gates, before insulting a computer geek;
They’ll make more money in an hour, than you in a week.
I’ll close for now, and no not because of a wife;
It’s my damned computer, and the battery life.
