At the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally you will no doubt see some unique things. In this Blog Gallery, I’ll show you a few.
These first photos are of what used to be a volkswagon bug but someone has cut it in half and made it a one seater with a motorcycle engine in the back of it.
I also have video of this vehicle on my website and it’s amazing to look at. What a unique idea.
Here’s what the back looks like.
This little car was quite different.
And I also saw another one.
These next photos are of a motorcycle I’ve seen a few years ago. It’s supposed to be a futuristic bike.
It has a huge, powerful engine and two front tires.
This guy had a unique trike which is a bike with three wheels, hence trike.
He and his dog would cruise the main drag in Sturgis.
This bike was beautiful. Its’ paint scheme is for 9-11 and the firemen.
Whoever painted this bike is extremely talented and I bet this bike is expensive.
I saw this bike almost every day and it always had a crowd around it.
I bet it was photographed a lot.
Here’s another unique trike that even has its’ own roof for rainy days or too much sun.
I liked seeing a lot of the older bikes while I was walking around.
These old Army bikes are cool.
This one looks like it has an ammunition box attached to the front tire.
Here’s a really old bike. I wonder how many miles on it.
Although these old bikes look very cool, I’m not sure I’d trust them for a long ride.
Here’s an old bike making a lap through town.
I took photos of this bike because it had so much shit glued, stuck and attached to it. It was quite the unique motorcycle.
When I saw this bike, I wondered what happens when something breaks or needs replacing.
You’d have to remove a lot of stuff and then reattach it after the servicing and repairs.
The owner of this bike spent a lot of years collecting and attaching all of this stuff to his bike.
This next bike was one of the most unique bikes I saw while in Sturgis.
The owner covered it in animal furs and had antlers mounted all over it.
He would just sit on his bike all day and pose for pictures for tips. I interviewed him for my Sturgis video and he’s quite an interesting guy.
Although he has all of these animal furs and antlers on his bike, he says he’s not a hunter.
