Norma Jean Baker, was her name;
She is, synonymous with fame.
She posed nude while young, and was the first cover for Playboy;
I bet men of that Era, said ‘Oh, what a Joy!’.
She was like many women, couldn’t find a good man;
Thought she had it right, but most she couldn’t stand.
Ms. Monroe, is known far and wide;
If she was alive, she couldn’t hide.
Many young starlets, want to be her;
Fix up their hair, and dress up in fur.
Marilyn’s tale, is a cautionary one;
Have a good time, but not too much fun.
Don’t rely on pills, and or booze;
Or your life, you will lose.
Marilyn died, of an overdose;
On this, I will be verbose.
She laid with men of power, and they used her like a rag;
Then dumped her, when it became a drag.
Both the Kennedy’s had their turn, with Marilyn in bed;
Next thing you know, she ends up dead.
If, I say If, they had a role, in how Marilyn got served;
Then their gruesome deaths, are what they deserved.
It may have been, God’s way to say;
Kill my beautiful daughter, and you will pay.
Both Kennedy’s got shot, died and it was furious;
Act of God?, doesn’t it make you curious?
One day if I get to Heaven, to date Marilyn is my dream;
On my face, a smile would beam.
I know there’s a line, to get a date;
I don’t mind, the long damn wait.
When my chance, I’ll try to prove my love is true;
From most men, I’m sure she already knew.
Everyone loves Marilyn, I wanna make her mine;
Too bad, for Eternity, I’ll be standing in that damned line.
