About 4 months ago, I started doing some work on my condo. I bought new rugs, shower curtains, toilet cover, bed comforter, living room furniture and other items to spruce up my pad.
One of the projects that I undertook was to gut my desk and clean everything. I built my desk in 2007 and haven’t taken it apart until now, 2020. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would with all of the electronics and cords, etc. Here is my desk back down to bare bones.
And now with a new cover. It was difficult to get it on there smoothly with the outlet and cords but I did it.
Here is my glass shelf. I got the idea from a famous architect.
Here is where all the magic happens, lol. I create everything for my six sites at this desk… Smugmug, WordPress, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Here are 2 pix, before and after.
I shoot YouTube videos while sitting in front of my fireplace. It’s a comfortable setting.
I also use this area for my videos. Most of those books are about Screenwriting. The picture on top came from Paris, France. It’s cool and I like it a lot. Look at CoCo posing so well.
I painted my hallway and rehung my Wall of Fame. It’s photos from my Travels with people I’ve met along the way, some famous and a lot of beautiful women, lol.
Here it is from the other side of the hallway.
This wall has all of my race car Driving School plaques on it. I’ve been blessed.
This is the view from my desk. I like to think of myself as living in an exotic hunting lodge or a world adventurer even though I’m against killing animals unless you eat it too. There’s little CoCo in the spotlight again.
This is my guest bathroom.
And don’t use the decorative towels! Just kidding. That’s what they’re for.
Check out the bathroom set I found online for both of my bathrooms. I love them because I’ve never seen anything like this for a bathroom. Fits a bachelor pad to a tee.
Over the winter, my patio looks a mess. My friend, Chipp, came over and helped me clean it up.
Much better now. I like sitting out there with coffee and a cigarette and watching the busy traffic go by in the Rat Race.
CoCo loves to bark at pedestrians going by. She’s such a good little Watch Dog.
One of my uncles from Louisiana gave me this poker table, so I painted it and slapped my logo on it.
In a few minutes, I can set up a table for poker in my living room. Gonna have some games with friends soon.
Since my nickname is Spider, my sister found this steel spider in Santa Fe while at her summer house. Really one of the coolest gifts she’s ever given me. I love it.
While cleaning my condo, I cleaned my mom’s picture frame. She was a cute young lady. Now you know where I get my good looks from, LOL.
When I updated my condo, I also bought a new travel bag. Love the leather.
Last August, I got some new wheels. With my trade in and getting a deal from my brother-in-law, I only paid $2,000 for it.
CoCo and I hope you enjoyed reading this post.
Be safe and have a chill day.
